Secure your industrial maintenance with HRC Maintenance
Our Maintenance package is a set of functionalities dedicated to industrial maintenance operations, whether curative or preventive, integrated into the HRC Software application suite. It's a complete digital solution, specially designed to meet the challenges faced by maintenance technicians.
Mobility: going beyond the SAP RF standard
SAP RF, or "Radio Frequency", is a long-standing framework in the SAP ecosystem for warehouse management via mobile terminals. HRC Maintenance offers an ergonomic alternative, based on the SAP PM module. Its technical environment is perfectly suited to CMMS requirements, with unrivalled user experience and ease of use.

Game-changing advantages of HRC Software solutions
Simplified document management
Must-have for managing added documents to our various interfaces, the “attachments” function adapts to your industrial mobility challenges. Enjoy optimized document management, with partial loading of images in mobile versions, or adapt your documents for read/write viewing. In addition, all media are accessible through fluid, intuitive navigation. No more endless clicking to access your content!
Calculator function for easier quantity entry
We have added a calculator directly into the management interface so that you don't need to use your mobile device's native keyboard for quantity entries, or worse, take your phone out. It's all on your app! With the added bonus of large buttons and ergonomics specially designed for industrial environments.
Vibration for improved operator comfort
Another feature: haptic feedback. Sound familiar? Quite simply, it's a vibration that alerts the user to the success or failure of an operation. As a result, the operator spends less time in front of his screen, and can concentrate fully on his tasks. This feature is a real answer to the challenge of reducing musculoskeletal disorders (MSD), which particularly affect the wrist on this type of workstation.
Scan without focus
As you know, the scanner is the essential functionality of warehouse management solutions. Usually, to obtain product information from a barcode, you first have to focus on the input field. This is a real constraint, since this action represents a major waste of time when multiplied by thousands of references and makes errors hard to avoid.
To reduce this issue, we have designed a "scan without focus" functionality, which simply eliminates the first step of focusing on the input field. Our users benefit from a better browsing experience, and therefore a better working experience. The margin for error is reduced, and the operator saves a considerable amount of time, optimizing the performance of the entire warehouse.
FAQ
Are applications available offline?
The architecture of HRC Software applications enables functionalities that can be used offline (from cache management to overcome micro-interruptions to use in disconnected mode for several hours). However, it is essential to carefully assess the relevance of the offline approach to the business context.
Indeed, we do not consider the "offline first" approach to be the answer to every situation. Where the offline use of an application dedicated to maintenance management in an uncovered environment may be obvious, its use in a warehouse to ensure product traceability is not necessarily so. In all cases, it's important not to underestimate the business impact on both organization and processes.
Designing an application that can be accessed offline leads to limitations in the functionalities offered to users, and complicates the rules for data reconciliation, when this may take placein connected mode around 90% of the time.
Finally, offline functionality leads users to download a larger amount of data, which can be displayed in the event of a network outage. But these numerous downloads can have an impact on data synchronization times.
Good to know: thanks to their stateless architecture, HRC Software applications are not very sensitive to network outages.
Is barcode reading possible with HRC Software applications?
Yes, all HRC Software solutions have been designed to take full advantage of data acquisition via barcode scanning.
Indeed, barcode reading is a key functionality in a number of mobility processes, particularly in warehouse management processes.
HRC Software applications harness the full power of physical readers (such as Zebra terminals) to read any type of barcode (1D or 2D).
Need to read barcodes with a terminal that isn't equipped with a barcode reader? No problem! HRC Software applications can also read barcodes via the device available on the terminal.
Admittedly, this alternative is less powerful than a physical barcode scanner, but it can nevertheless be used for one-off needs.
Is HRC Software compatible with Android?
Yes, HRC Software is compatible with Android (8 minimum). This is all the more important as 95% of industrial mobile terminals today run on Android.
In recent years, Microsoft's embedded solutions have failed to keep pace with the digital shift in the industrial sector. For professional use, Android has established itself as the leader, despite its "all-public" orientation.
HRC Software is also compatible with Apple and Windows.

Is it possible to read an NFC tag with HRC Software applications?
Yes, provided the terminal on which the application is installed is equipped with NFC (Near Field Communication) technology. NFC is a technology that enables the wireless exchange of data between a reader and a mobile terminal, or between 2 mobile terminals. It's the same technology used for contactless payment with your bank card.
The main advantage of NFC tag reading? Highly reliable reading operations, with 0 risk of error.
As this functionality is widely used in the maintenance field, HRC Software offers it on its HRC Maintenance module to identify the various pieces of equipment in a workshop and track the progress of maintenance operations.
In warehouse management, NFC tag reading is not widely used, but the functionality can technically be integrated into other HRC solutions.
