Two Projects on the Go: Migrating SAP and Equipping the Field

As a specialist in polyethylene films for agriculture, industry, and the bagging sector, the Barbier Group employs 800 people across five sites.
In 2018, the CIO launched the SAP modernization project, with a focus on S/4HANA. At the same time, he wanted to equip business units with mobile capabilities without tying up his five-person IT department in development work.
