How? First of all, our 4 solutions are fully based on the SAP standard, and are compatible with all versions of ECC6 & S/4.

Also, HRC Software's solutions use a dedicated namespace and are based on standard transport order mechanics, so you can install the HRC Software add-on in your own environment.

Last but not least, the HRC team benefits from a decade of experience in deploying digital solutions in the specific business environments of its many customers. In fact, we have deployed our solutions for numerous customers, always using the SAP environment.

On the user side, HRC Software relies on two technologies.

The first is SAPUI5 - the SAP client-side framework. We have chosen SAPUI5 to ensure that standard SAP applications, specific applications developed by our customers and, last but not least, standard HRC Software applications can coexist. Our aim is to offer the best possible user experience, with true compatibility with all devices.

HRC Software also relies on the Low Code - No Code Neptune Software platform, itself based on the SAPUI5 framework, to offer ergonomic, high-performance mobile applications that take full advantage of the specific features of mobile terminals (camera, barcode reader, NFC, etc.).

To offer our clients new applications and functionalities on a regular basis, our team launches 4 major releases each year for our HRC Software applications.

However, you don't have to install the latest version of our HRC Software solution immediately, to ensure the stability of your workflows. Our team is here to listen to your needs and support you in your upgrades, according to your requirements and constraints.

To name our releases, we took our inspiration from the Mendeleïev table, also known as the periodic table of elements. So if you're told "the Hydrogen release is available", don't be surprised!

All HRC Software solutions are based on SAP. As a result, the authorizations granted or withheld to users are directly dependent on SAP roles. HRC relies fully on SAP users and authorizations, which means we don't duplicate them.

Good to know: It' s important that each user has a well-defined role to differentiate the authorizations to which they have access.

The first aspect is to manage authentication. The user can identify himself and authenticate via a login and password in order to access a defined SAP system.

Then, the second aspect corresponds to the notion of authorization. Applying this role to a user means granting him access to a particular application tile, or to one or more functionalities, but without giving him access to all existing application tiles.

Finally, the third aspect allows you to define a sector-based organization using a perimeter. This perimeter can be geographical, but also hierarchical, for example. If authorizations are restricted according to geographical location, for example, a warehouse worker in Roubaix may not declare the receipt of goods at an industrial site in Marseille.

Do you use HRC Warehouse and need to provide photo evidence for a legal dispute? Or do you manage your industrial facilities with HRC Maintenance and need to quickly transmit official or confidential documents (industrial site plans, operating or strategic procedures, technical specifications for a particular piece of equipment, etc.)?

HRC Software solutions (Spare Parts, Warehouse, Maintenance and Procurement) all include the functionality of adding attachments, including photos. This allows you to build up tangible evidence, without having to send e-mails.

Even better: on HRC tools, the "attachments" functionality is cross-application. This means that your attachments can be sent to Spare Parts, Warehouse, Maintenance or Procurement - it doesn't matter, they'll be available!

Format problems? Not for us. We support all document types ( PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc.), whether they're produced by a camera or stored on your device for storage on SAP.

You're also able to annotate all your photos quickly and easily. In the same way as on your social networks, you can circle or underline your photos to contextualize an essential element.

Yes, all HRC Software solutions are available in different languages. In fact, the software is based on the languages installed on your SAP system. (Note that it is also possible to provide the user interface in a language not installed on SAP).

When choosing HRC Software applications, each user has the option of selecting the language used on the user interface. It's a great way to ensure that your employees get the most out of your applications!

Good to know: You can use all the languages listed in SAP, but you can also ask us to add languages not present in SAP.

To use HRC Software solutions, no additional server is required. In fact, we've opted for total integration into the SAP system landscape to avoid any additional infrastructure costs.

The only prerequisite for installing our solutions is your SAP ECC6 or SAP S/4 Hana system, accessible via HTTP(s) from your mobile terminals.

The technical prerequisites are minimal, but for one good reason: we offer you a simple solution that can be integrated quickly, so that you can concentrate on your core business and grow your company with complete peace of mind.

Our projects have 2 objectives: speed and stability. Whatever your needs, we adapt our expertise to your specific business issues. Our intervention process always includes the following steps :

First, we discuss your industrial issues, your organizational challenges and your ambitions, then we present our range of SAP augmented solutions. This initial discussion can take place remotely.

Next, we schedule a site visit to meet your end-users, discover your environment and get a full picture of the context in which our solution will be deployed. This is also the right time to make recommendations regarding the hardware best suited to your new organization.

Good to know: We'll come to you with our own mobile devices to offer you a live demo of our solutions in your own environment.

We can consider installing our solutions on your SAP system as early as the third appointment to demonstrate our applications in your environment, with your data.

Then, if the demonstration is conclusive, we organize the implementation of the solutions to users. Your new ecosystem is now an integral part of your day-to-day organization.

Finally, we quickly train your key users so that they can exploit the full potential of the available solutions.

Yes, HRC Software solutions are compatible with Android (8 minimum). Very important, as 95% of industrial mobile devices today run on Android.

HRC Software is also compatible with Apple and Windows.

HRC Software offers an annual subscription per user and per business scope (Warehouse, Spare Parts, Maintenance or Procurement).

Good to know: the greater the volume of users and functionalities, the lower the unit cost of subscription is.
