Titanium Release: Expanded Manufacturing Processes and More Flexible Warehouse Execution

Titanium Release: Expanded Manufacturing Processes and More Flexible Warehouse Execution

Our June 2026 release, Titanium, introduces a new application, several functional enhancements, and a wide range of improvements across Warehouse and Manufacturing processes.

New Application: Goods Receipt for Manufacturing in EWM

The new Goods Receipt for Manufacturing in EWM application is the first in a series designed for discrete manufacturing processes integrated with SAP EWM.

It enables users to receive and put away goods from production while confirming or specifying the execution data required, including quantity, batch, and packaging details.

The application also leverages Packaging Specifications to speed up processing when finished-product packaging is already defined in SAP.

In this initial release, the application is available for Embedded EWM environments and scenarios using internal HU numbering. Additional scenarios will be covered in future releases, including planned HUs, decentralized EWM environments, and external numbering scenarios.

Bin-to-Bin: Multiple Product Warehouse Tasks

The Bin-to-Bin application can now create multiple Product Warehouse Tasks at once for a selected set of stock items.

Until now, this mass-creation capability was only available for HU-based Warehouse Tasks.

Users can process the full quantities of the selected stock items for faster execution, or adjust the quantity to be moved for each individual stock item.

All Warehouse Tasks are then created in a single step, making movements involving multiple products or stock items easier to manage.

Harmonized Physical Stock Processing

Titanium introduces a more consistent user experience across several applications that start with a physical stock selection:

  • Pack Unpack Repack

  • Bin-to-Bin

  • Display and Do | Stock

  • Posting Change

Sorting, selection logic, and stock availability feedback have been aligned across these applications.

The goal is to provide more consistent behavior from one application to another and make it easier for operators who use multiple HRC Software workflows in their day-to-day activities.

Process Order Management

The Manufacturing package is now compatible with Process Orders, in addition to the discrete manufacturing scenarios already supported.

This extension covers the main processes already available in the package:

  • Operation confirmations

  • Finished goods receipt

  • Component consumption

This compatibility also includes the new Goods Receipt for Manufacturing in EWM application, extending the Manufacturing package to additional production environments and use cases.

Warehouse Task Confirmation: Double Pallet Handling

HRC Software applications now support complex Handling Units made up of multiple packaging materials.

This enhancement makes it possible to manage double-pallet scenarios and other more complex HU structures directly within operational workflows.

In Warehouse Task Confirmation, full-pallet picking can now be executed with these Handling Units in the same way as with more traditional HUs, without introducing a separate or more complex user flow.

Warehouse Task Confirmation: Customer Rules for Confirmation Steps

The configuration of confirmation steps in Warehouse Task Confirmation is now even more flexible.

Until now, the relevant confirmation steps could be determined based on the EWM context, for example the activity area or warehouse process type. In some specific scenarios, however, these standard criteria may not be sufficient to determine the exact confirmation flow required.

With the Titanium release, customers can now add their own specific rules to the logic used to determine confirmation steps.

This provides greater flexibility to adapt WTC workflows to specific operational processes or contexts, while retaining the application’s standard configuration framework.

Inventory Counting: Multi-Value Scanning

Multi-value scanning capabilities, including those commonly used with GS1 barcodes, are now available in the Inventory Counting application.

During inventory counts, operators can scan multi-value barcodes in commonly used formats to speed up stock identification, data entry, and counting.

The application can automatically identify and use multiple data elements contained in a single barcode, including:

  • HU number

  • Product number

  • Batch

  • Quantity

  • Serial number

This extension reduces the number of scans and manual entries required during inventory counting while making it easier to identify the stock to be counted.

A Release That Expands Manufacturing and Warehouse Processes

With Titanium, HRC Software continues to enhance its applications across several key areas: broader Manufacturing process coverage, improved stock movements, support for more complex logistics scenarios, and a more consistent user experience.

The release introduces a new production goods receipt application for EWM, extends the Manufacturing package to Process Orders, expands multi-value scanning capabilities, and brings greater flexibility to Warehouse Task execution.
