About the project

Eramet chose HRC Software to meet digitalize its SAP Maintenance (PM), Warehouse (MM, WM & EWM) and Procurement (MM) processes by implementing ready-to-run web and mobile applications. Inspection rounds, intervention reports, sampling, inventories, purchase requisitions, receipts... are now available directly from the shop floor.

Faced with growing needs in the metals sector as part of the energy transition, Eramet wanted to operate in complete safety, while optimizing its business processes. With this in mind, Eramet embarked on a digitization program in search of solutions to simplify and improve operations.

Eramet decided to offer mobile and desktop applications that would make daily tasks easier for its users in maintenance, logistics and purchasing.

The results were rapid and tangible: immediate adoption and positive feedback from users, who even requested extended access to the applications. Our Eramine project in Argentina, specializing in lithium extraction, was a real showcase for the successful implementation of HRC Software. Despite specific constraints, the deployment went ahead on schedule, offering a standard Warehouse solution and total user satisfaction.
